 Approval regulations:

  • Thanks to ECE, E11, R87 and RL identification / test mark, 100% European road traffic approval and registration-free.
  • Thanks to the approval mark on the lens of the daytime running light, no documents (such as test reports, ABE etc.) need to be carried along with the vehicle documents.
  • Only lights like these, with the ECE-87 and RL markings on the lens, are approved for road use as daytime running lights, everything else is ONLY a marker light!

Installation:

This universal LED daytime running light installation set replaces the factory-fitted fog lights. Simply replace the fog lights with the daytime running lights (using the installation material) and reconnect the cables.

Connection:

The built-in relay in the daytime running lights controls the switching of the lights.  The daytime running lights light up automatically when the ignition is switched on and the vehicle lights are switched off. They are not a substitute for dipped headlights at dusk or in the dark. The daytime running lights switch off automatically when the vehicle lights are switched on or dim down by 50 % from parking light level. Depending on the version purchased! When purchasing, please select the desired version, whether you require the daytime running lights with or without dimming / parking light function.
For vehicles with xenon headlights, the headlight plus must be connected from the daytime running light to the parking light!
