However, the wattage is never utilized by the headlight, but only about half. Otherwise the LED's would burn out at the higher temperatures or the LED's would discolor strongly. The LED's would therefore only have a significantly shorter lifetime. This results in the partially different measurement results between the nominal power and the real, measured wattage.
